Winsmile COVID-19 safety protocols
Our patients’ health is our number one priority. We have implemented safety guidelines to help protect our patients, doctor, and staff from COVID-19 spread. We require every patient to report any COVID related symptoms and contacts prior to their appointments and wear a mask when coming to the office. Once you arrive at our clinic, our team members will take your temperature, and any patients with elevated temperature (100.2F and above) will be referred to their primary doctors. We have everyone keep a 6 feet social distance with other families. For patients receiving treatments, we will be asking you to use hand sanitizer and antiseptic hydrogen peroxide mouth rinse prior to ortho treatments. We believe these guidelines help to create the safest clinical condition for your smile journey.
Your First Visit
Your first visit at Winsmile Orthodontics will be a complimentary consultation for Dr. Wang to evaluate your smile, discuss your chief concern, and formulate a diagnosis of existing malocclusion and problems. We take full records at our office including digital photos, digital panoramic X-ray and cephalometric X-ray. The photos and low-dose X-rays help us to evaluate malocclusion from different views and examine jaw growth, bone health, teeth and roots health, and any potential pathological diseases. Dr. Wang will also perform clinical exam for oral health. Following records, our treatment plan coordinator will guide you through the financials and next steps.
